Terms and Conditions of Use of the 9kme Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 9kme ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement governs the use of the website 9kme.one together with all services, games and applications provided on it.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 9kme will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the disclosure of login information to third parties.

• Do not share your password or account information with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong and unique password for your 9kme account.
• Log out after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact the support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility even if it was performed by someone else.

9kme uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect user data. However, account security also depends on the personal security practices of each user.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the 9kme platform are processed through secure and recognised payment channels. The following are the rules relating to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method selected.
• Supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use an account in the same name as your 9kme account.
• 9kme does not charge any additional fees on deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Withdrawals can only be processed once all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Funds obtained from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are fully completed.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

9kme offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the stated wagering requirements and must be used in accordance with the rules specified.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a bonus of 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus value before the bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• 9kme reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of promotion abuse.

The 9kme VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, each with a different weekly cashback rate. Users can advance to higher tiers based on their gaming activity. Cashback is credited weekly into the member's account.

6. Prohibited Activities and Platform Abuse

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the 9kme platform. Violations of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other systems to play or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the system or gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening more than one account for the purpose of obtaining duplicate bonuses.
• Using an account for money laundering or criminal activity.
• Deceiving, falsifying or submitting false information to 9kme.
• Disrupting or technically interfering with the operation of the platform.
• Trading or transferring account balances to third parties.
